Purpose of the Group

This WhatsApp group is a private, paid membership community designed to enable us Vegas lovers to share and learn. Access is limited to approved members only.

2. 

Membership and Fees

• A non-refundable fee of £6 is required to join the group.
• The fee covers one month of access to the group.
• Continued membership may be subject to renewal fees as notified.

3. 

Use of Funds

• All income from membership fees is used solely for the running, improvement, and administration of the group.
• The organiser does not take personal profit unless otherwise disclosed.

4. 

Refunds and Cancellations

• No automatic refunds will be issued once access to the group is granted.
• The organiser reserves the right to remove members who breach these terms without refund.

5. 

Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Engage respectfully and not post offensive, illegal, or abusive content.
• Follow any group rules or guidelines as issued by the organiser.

6. 

Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data collected (such as your phone number and payment details) will be handled in line with UK GDPR.
• Data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
• The organiser may register with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if required by law.

7. 

Termination and Access

• The organiser may terminate the group or individual memberships at any time with notice.
• Members may leave the group at any time but will not be entitled to refunds for the remaining membership period.

Liability

• The organiser is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the group, including reliance on information shared by other members.
• The group is intended for informational and community purposes only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
